Jorge Castillo: We decided to compile a list of RECOMMENDED Cuban restaurants and bakeries in cities across the United States.
Glenn Lindgren: Our list includes places we have discovered on our own and a lot that were originally suggested to us by readers.
Raúl Musibay: The important thing to remember: this is NOT a comprehensive list of EVERY Cuban place in the United States.
Jorge Castillo: Just the GOOD ones!
Glenn Lindgren: These are our PERSONAL recommendations.
Jorge Castillo: In our travels, we have also come across many Latin American restaurants. We originally started a site just for these places called LatinFoodUSA.com.
Glenn Lindgren: Then we thought, why make it confusing? Why not merge the two lists so that our readers can more easily find a good Cuban OR Latin restaurant in each city?
Jorge Castillo: Hey, first and foremost, we do love Cuban food. However, in the melting pot of Miami we have also come to love all types of Latin American food.
Raúl Musibay: So these are our choices -- either Cuban or Latin. Although the restaurant quality can vary from merely good all the way up to outstanding, you won't find any BAD restaurants on our website.
Glenn Lindgren: We won't include any establishment that we can't honestly recommend. We know what we like, and it seems that most people agree with our tastes. More than 4 million people have visited our sites.
Jorge Castillo: Check out some of the "Three Guys from Miami Approved" suggestions on our list.
Raúl Musibay: For us, just finding a great Cuban or Latin restaurant is a religious experience!
We provide reviews and listings of Cuban and Latin restaurants all over the United States.
We do not own, operate, or have any interest in any restaurant or bakery anywhere in the country.
The reviews are provided as a public service. We are not compensated by the restaurant for our reviews and listings.
If you have a problem with any restaurant reviewed on our site, please take it up with the owners or the management of that restaurant.
